Nuclear arms control was talked about with Russian President Vladimir Putin at the Alaska summit earlier this month in an attempt to achieve “denuclearization,” President Donald Trump told reporters, according to a Reuters report on Tuesday.
China should also be involved in theses discussions, Trump said, according to the report.
This comes as the three powers are all in the midst of major modernizations of their nuclear arsenals just as the last remaining nuclear arms control treaty (START) is set to expire this coming February.
